Checking Wood Moisture
Our inspector, Brian Townsel checked the moisture levels of the wood with a device and looked throughout the crawlspace for warning signs.
Standing Water
Brian spotted water puddled on the ground as well.
Encapsulation
Brian recommended an encapsulation of the crawlspace, sealing off the moisture and drastically improving the health of the home.

The SmartSump was installed to remove quantities of water from the space and expel it to a drain outside.
