Before Encapsulation
This homeowner noticed moisture in his crawl space and sagging floors in his home, he knew there was a problem with his foundation so he called Lowcountry Basement Systems. We scheduled him an appointment with our inspector Brian Townsel.

CleanSpace
Brian suggested that the homeowner completely encapsulate the crawl space with our CleanSpace product, a seven-layer reinforced laminate that isolates the home from the earth completely and reduces humidity levels.

SmartDrain Installation
We also installed a SmartDrain, which is used in crawl spaces that would not otherwise have a sump pump installed. It prevents plumbing leaks from going undetected and filling up the encapsulated crawl space with water.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona was installed in the crawl space, a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.
