Brian also suggested she should have a SaniDry Sedona installed with her encapsulated crawl space, which is a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.
SmartSump with Floor Alarm
We installed a SmartSump in the crawl space to evacuate flooding water from the area with a WaterWatch alarm that sounds off when water runs over the top of the lid surface.
