Transformation of a Moldy Crawl Space

This home in Orangeburg, SC had an extreme moisture issue in the crawl space causing mold growth on the ground, insulation, subfloor, joists, and AC ducts. The insulation was heavy from high humidity - causing it to hang or fall down. In some areas, it was quite literally raining condensation from the joists, insulation, and ducts. Moisture had also drawn in some critters as well, indicated by animal droppings. The wood had started to rot, showing signs of weakness in the floor.
