Commercial Foundations Photo Album: Sinking, Settling Foundation Stabilized in Midway, GA

Kenneth T. of Midway, GA had a settlement problem. His house was sinking. He tried to patch a crack in the wall multiple times, but the crack always came back, and it seemed to always get a little bit bigger each time. After doing some research online, Kenneth called Lowcountry Basement Systems for help with this foundation problem. Lowcountry Basement Systems installed a Push Pier System and SmartJack System to stabilize the home. The project took two days to complete and Kenneth was thrilled the results!
