EZ-Flow Drainge System
Interior drainage system to manage crawl space moisture intrusion.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a reliable solution to keep basements and crawl spaces dry. It features three pumps working together to handle different levels of water flow. The primary pump manages normal water levels, while the secondary pump kicks in during heavy rainfall or if the primary pump can't keep up. The third pump is battery-operated, ensuring protection even during power outages. With this system, water is efficiently pumped out, preventing flooding and keeping the space dry, no matter the conditions.

Sealed WaterGuard
Once the WaterGuard Drainage System was installed and inspected, the final step was sealing the system with concrete for a level finish.

Discharge Line
This line is connected to the sump system in the basement/crawl space. It effectively removes water away from the foundation to ensure it doesn't flow back in.

WaterGuard System
Installing the WaterGuard system was a straightforward process designed to keep the basement dry. First, we carefully excavated a shallow trench along the perimeter of the basement floor, just inside the foundation walls. Then, we placed the WaterGuard drainage pipe into the trench, ensuring it was positioned to capture any water seeping in.

Moisture Indication
Efflorescence is a clear sign of moisture because it forms when water carries dissolved salts through concrete or masonry. As the water evaporates, it leaves those salts behind, creating the white, powdery residue you see on walls or floors. If you notice efflorescence, it's a sign that water is moving through the material, which could lead to further moisture problems if not addressed. It's essentially a warning sign that water is finding its way in and needs to be managed.
