Interior Drainage
WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement floor. It helps to prevent water seepage from entering the basement. It is made of a waterproof material and is designed to be leak-proof. It is also easy to install and is a cost-effective method for waterproofing.
Sealing Drainage System
For a clean finish, the crew ensures the area is level after installing WaterGuard and seals over it with concrete.
Installing Sump Pump System
After a trench is hammered out around the perimeter of the basement, a pit is dug out for the TripleSafe Sump Pump system to be installed. The pump is installed and connected to the drainage system. The sump pump is then tested to make sure it is functioning properly.
Leaky Basement Wall
Water was leaking into this customers basement at the wall/floor joint.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed
The WaterGuard and TripleSafe were installed and concrete was used to seal the systems. The WaterGuard system serves as a barrier between the foundation and the basement, while the TripleSafe system provides three levels of waterproofing protection. The concrete was used to ensure that the systems are properly sealed and protected against water seepage.
