Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement floor to capture water leaks from the wall/floor joint and direct it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
IceGuard is the perfect solution when a discharge line becomes blocked or frozen for any reason. The outlets on the system allow the water to pass freely to prevent the system from backing up into the basement.
Running Discharge Line
A semi-sloped trench is dug to direct the collected water away from the homes foundation to prevent it from re-entering the basement.
