Water Pooling
Water was seeping into the crawl space and pooling on the liner and around piers, causing them to sink over time.
Water Line on Pier
Notice the water stain at the bottom of the pier. This indicates water was pooling around the bottom of the pier and wicking up the block.

Here is an area before SmartJack Support and perimeter drainage was installed.
After Support & Drainage
Here is the area after installing SmartJacks and HydroLink. The HydroLink is then covered with drainage rock to aid flow into the system.
Where Does Drained Water Go?
The perimeter drainage system leads to a SmartSump to be pumped out of the crawl space.
