A homeowner in Monticello, GA was experiencing water intrusion through the walls, at the base of the walls, and through a doorway, causing stored belongings to be water damaged and prone to mold. In order to keep the space dry and healthy for good, our team installed a waterproofing system that includes CleanSpace wall liner to keep moisture from entering through the walls and a perimeter drainage system that brings the water to a powerful sump pump to be removed from the space. Additionally, near the doorway where water could enter in, a trench drain was installed to capture that water as well.
