This home was built on both a slab and a crawl space and was experiencing flooding where the crawl space meets the slab of the home's foundation.
SmartSump with Floor Alarm
We installed a SmartSump in the crawl space to evacuate flooding water from the area with a WaterWatch alarm that sounds off when water runs over the top of the lid surface.
LawnScape
After the sump pump is installed, a LawnScape Outlet is connected to the sump pump and installed away from the home to evacuate the water away from the foundation.
Waterproofed Crawl Space
After one day of installation, the crawl space is waterproofed and the customer is very happy with the outcome!
