Basement Foundation With Water Leaking in Solved

This home in Milledgeville, GA with a basement foundation had water leaking through the walls when it would rain. This space was being used as a bedroom, so having water come in was posing a threat to the health of the space as it was starting to damage the drywall and would begin to cause mold growth if not treated. Our team was able to help solve the issue by installing a basement waterproofing system along the perimeter of the interior basement walls to capture and drain the water instead of allowing it to seep in on top of the floor. The drywall in the areas the system was installed was first removed to access the space, but once the system is fully installed, the drywall can be reinstalled in these areas as it is no longer at risk of water damage.
