Sales Process
Tony was very friendly and listened to my explanation about what I wanted him to look at and repair. He was very. thorough in doing inspection. He drew plans for what was needed and patiently answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about what was needed and how it was tp be repaired. He said Bryan would be doing the repair, but call him if I had questions. I really liked that he was not a pushy sales person. He was interested in doing a good job and that they had a great team to do the work. I feel he is honest and knows what needs to be done and done right.
After I asked him to do the work he was prompt in giving me a date. They started on time and finished on time.
It was a pleasure meeting Tony and I felt comfortable with him managing and getting the repair done right.

Bryan called me and introduced himself and gave time would arrive and when he left each day. He was always friendly and courteous.
The Cleanup Process
