Very impressed with the crews that worked on this project.

Jessica kept in continuous contact throughout the process and was very responsive when I had questions.

Jim assessed the situation and clearly explained the resolution as well as gave me options based on budget. Told me to contact him directly if I had any concerns which was appreciated.

Because I had two different products for resolution, I had two different crews. Shane came out first. Very experienced and trustworthy. This young man knows his stuff! He noted that my situation would be better served with helical piers on the outer edge of my foundation. I was concerned that this was going to cost me! He called his boss, got approval for the change without increasing my cost! Customer satisfaction was their priority!! Very much appreciated. The installation crew of Alex, Caitlin and Dylan installed the piers and steel reinforcement bars. They meticulously dug the holes, literally putting the dirt in garbage cans and the grass portion in trays!! Who else does such tidy work!!?? You would never know they had an excavator there and barely would notice the earth had been dug!! Totally impressed and appreciated!! They worked 10 hours that day and kept a great courteous attitude. Alex even reset my door after the foundation adjustment and it closes better than ever! Highly recommend this team! Shane returned after the piers went in and he and Nate installed the Polyfil. It solved some minor cracks and brought the foundation in great alignment. Shane & Alex and their teams were incredibly knowledgeable, set expectations so there would be no surprises, and definitely exceded them! SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

As I noted above, Alex, Caitlin and Dylan were meticulous when hand digging these holes with a shovel. They went the extra mile by placing the dirt into garbage cans and the grass layer into pans!! I would not have been as clean and meticulous as they were!! They also used an excavator to install the helical piers and you would not even know it had been there. They placed the dirt & grass back and it looks almost completely untouched!! Outstanding job! Shane and Nate drilled the polyfil holes inside the garage making some noticeable cracks non-existent and left it immaculate. Much appreciated!
