Call Representative
The phone conversations with Dion, office ladies, Albert, and Anakin were all very pleasant and informative. They were very helpful. They handled this project very well and were very understanding and assuring as this all happen led after we purchased the home and was 800+ miles away.
Sales Process
Dion was able to squeeze us in for an initial inspection and consult in his busy schedule. He was very professional, extremely polite and very understanding of the situation and compassionate as we had to address this ASAP and not on-site ourselves.
Our Installation Crew
The crew was good at letting us know when they were coming and going as we were not there.
The Cleanup Process
The clean up process went very well. Pictures and videos after the work and cleanup was done were nice and clear and showed exactly what was done. Gave us peace of mind and just confirmed the fact that we made the right choice!

This was a rush deal. I mean one minute not water on the floor then next standing water. It was a combination of events that made this project have to happen, but once the root problem was addressed, this was a precautionary measure that would ensure nothing like this would ever happen again whether by water line or weather. Everyone we talked to was very understanding and helpful. Dion squeezed us in for the initial inspection and they company was able to get a crew on site both squeezed into their already laid out schedule of projects AND done sooner then anticipated. A HUGE thank you to Dion, Albert, Anakin, Nick, James, Khaleb, Josh, ladies answering the phone, Accounting…ALL top notch! What a great company with amazing people! Totally impressed!
