Before Encapsulation
Musty, damp, and messy crawl space before encapsulation.

Crawl Space Door Replacement
We replaced the crawl space door with our EverLast door. Unlike the previous door, the EverLast crawl space door is made from inorganic materials, so it won't rot or rust, ensuring long-lasting protection. This door provides a tight seal to keep out moisture, pests, and outside air, helping to maintain a clean and dry crawl space.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
CleanSpace was fastened throughout the crawl space floor and 1/2 hall to prevent moisture from seeping in. This barrier helps control humidity levels, reduce mold growth, and improve overall air quality in the home.

Falling Insualtion
Falling insulation is a sign of moisture because damp conditions cause the insulation to become heavy and sag. Moisture can weaken the material, making it less effective at insulating and causing it to droop or fall from its intended position.

Dehumidifier
The SaniDry dehumidifier will help this crawl space by maintaining optimal humidity levels, which prevents mold growth and improves air quality. It works alongside the CleanSpace system to ensure the space remains dry and healthy.

Old Crawl Space Door
Moisture rusted this crawl space door, making it less effective and an eye sore!

Insulation
Foamax insulation panels were installed on the crawl space walls to seal and insulate the space It helps to maintain a consistent temperature, reduce energy costs, and prevent moisture and mold growth.

Ground Moisture
A dirt floor in a crawl space should be sealed to prevent moisture from seeping in, which can lead to mold growth and poor air quality. Sealing the floor with our high-performance CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Barrier help control humidity levels, prevent mold growth and ensures an overall healthier home.
