New Crawl Space Door

This customers crawl space door suffered from mold and wood rot due to high moisture levels. To ensure a solid seal, we installed our waterproof & rust resistant EverLast Crawl Space door.

Sealing Crawl Space with CleanSpace

To prevent moisture from seeping into this crawl space and damaging the structure, CleanSpace was permanently fastened to the walls, floor, and piers.

Drainage Matting

Drainage Matting was installed on the crawl space floor prior to encapsulating the space with the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to ensure water doesn't get trapped or pool. The matting directs water to the sump pump system for removal.

SmartJack Stabilization & Dehumidification

The high moisture and humidity in the crawl space caused the wooden joists to lose its stability. To reinforce the structure and provide optimal stabilization, we installed our rust resistant SmartJack Support System. In addition to encapsulating the space with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This pint sized powerhouse will remove moisture and humidity from the air. This ensures the space is dry and odor free.
