Floor Level Measurement
A laser level was used on the interior of the home to find the difference in height in the floor across multiple rooms.
Existing Support
Although there was existing support in place for the floor, the support was not effective in preventing the floor from sagging.
Wood Condition
There were areas in the crawl space where the wood condition was being harmed by the moisture level. Without intervention, this wood will lose its structural integrity due to wood rot.
