High moisture from water seepage was rusting the existing supportive beams in the crawl space in addition to causing the piers to sink over time.

Installed SmartJack Support
SmartJacks were installed to supplementally take the excess weight off of the sinking piers while providing permanently supportive posts.
Perimeter Drainage System
HydroLink is used around the perimeter of the crawl space to create a clog-free channel for water seepage to flow to a sump pump to be removed from the space. Drainage rock is poured over this after installation to aid drainage as well.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to intake the water from the drainage system and reliably pump it out of the space even in large amounts.
