Photo Album: Settling Back of Home Supported with Push Piers

A homeowner in Kathleen, GA contacted us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair with concerns about a crack on the back of the home. They also said that they could see a gap in the same area on the inside of the home where the baseboard meets the floor. This was a home built in 2016 and they stated that about 2 years ago the crack had started growing. In order to solve the issue, our team diagnosed the areas requiring support and installed push piers to support the foundation, preventing further settlement.
