Rusty Equipment
Water had been seeping into this small room, rusting the bottom of this equipment. It was time to get a waterproofing system installed.
During WaterGaurd Installation
The perimeter of the small room was trenched out and WaterGaurd was installed around the perimeter
Drainage Rock
Rock is used to aid water flow to the WaterGaurd drain. This is covered over with concrete.
After Waterproofing System Installed
This is what the space looks like after the concrete is re-poured.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The WaterGaurd drainage system drains to this TripleSafe sump pump just outside of the room, then the water is pumped out and away from the home.
LawnScape Outlet
This is where the buried discharge line pushes the water out.
