There was a lot of debris in the crawl space that was removed before the encapsulation was installed. Here are one of the areas debris was removed.
After Encapsulation with Installed Foamax
Here is an area of the crawl space after debris was removed and the encapsulation was installed. Note the Foamax insulative barrier installed where there was a crawl space opening.
Drainage Matting Layer of Encapsulation
This image is before the vapor barrier was laid down. The brown material is drainage matting which is one of the first layers used for a CleanSpace encapsulation.

Sump Pump and Backup Battery
The sump pump carries excess water out of the crawlspace.
