High Humidity Measurement
The crawl space had a very high humidity level of nearly 85%. Mold will easily grow at levels of 70% and above.
Microbial Growth
Our inspector found microbial growth on joists in the crawl space. There were what can be described as "tiny mushrooms" on the joist. This is a clear sign of high humidity levels.

Here is the crawl space area afte the SmartJacks were installed. This picture shows the installed drainage matting layer of the encapsulation as well, which is used to aid flow to the drainage system.
