This home in Morrow, GA was having an issue with water seeping into the crawl space and pooling on top of the plastic liner. The homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair to see what could be done about the issue, and one of our inspectors came out to do a free inspection & estimate to fix the water issue. Our inspector did a thorough inspection of the space and talked with the homeowner about some potential solutions. The homeowner decided to move forward with the project and our team came out to the home, installing a waterproofing system, including a powerful TripleSafe sump pump to remove the water, leaving the space dry.

Water Pooling on Top of Liner

On the bottom right of the image you can see the water pooling on top of the existing plastic vapor barrier.
