This home had leaning hallway walls that were unstable. We sent out our team to install SmartJacks to lift and support the floor, helping straighten out the walls. Since a moisture issue was related to the root cause of settlement, a CleanSpace Encapsulation was also installed to protect the foundation from moisture damages.

Standing Water

Standing water in a crawl space is a warning sign of a moisture issue in the crawl space. A vapor barrier alone is not effective at preventing moisture from entering the space and causing harm to the wood quality, so we did a full Encapsulation with CleanSpace.
