Photo Album: Rotten Floor Replacement in Jesup, GA

This home in Jesup, GA had a floor that felt "spongy" and unlevel. The homeowner contacted Lowcountry Foundation Repair and had one of our inspectors come out to evaluate the extent of the issue. Upon inspection, it was noted that a majority of the floor in one of the rooms was rotten and there was also insufficient support under the floor in that area.
