This home in Bluffton, SC had problems with moisture issues with their crawlspace. The homeowner called Lowcountry foundation Repair and one of our inspectors came out to do a free inspection and customized proposal for the solution. The inspector recommended an encapsulation to create a moisture controlled space, sealing groundwater. The homeowner decided to move forward with that recommendation and they were very impressed with the final results.
