This home had gaps between the floor and walls, indicating a settling issue. The homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a solution and an inspector came out for a free inspection and estimate to fix the issue. The homeowner decided to move foward with the inspector's recommendation of using our piering system, utilizing two different types of piering to lift and stabilize the foundation. They were very happy with the results.
