This home in Midland, GA had an issue with one of the walls of their home sinking, leading to interior cracks in their garage and exterior cracks in the brick. They called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a solution to the issue and our inspector recommended a solution including our Piering System. Once installed, The wall was lifted back into place, stabilized, and the cracks were minimized. The homeowner enjoyed the results!
