Photo Album: Sagging Floors Fixed in Brunswick, GA

A real estate investor was concerned about the foundation of a home they were renovating. The floors were sagging because the piers in the crawlspace were sinking. The past homeowners had attempted a DIY fix by adding wood wedges and bricks on top of the piers, ignoring the sinking issue, and adding short term support.
