Photo Album: Crawl Space Supported From the Foundation up in Savannah, GA

Nate P. of Savannah, GA was working in North Carolina when his real estate agent found a house on the market that he was sure Nate would love. The real estate agent wanted to make sure the house was in good condition and called Lowcountry Basement Systems to have the foundation inspected. Lowcountry Basement Systems sent an inspector to the home and noticed many crawl space columns were very questionable. There was also a moisture issue under the home; microbial growth was evident. Nate bought the home and Lowcountry Basement Systems installed a SmartJack System to stabilize the foundation. Although it was recommended to encapsulate the crawl space, Nate decided to not encapsulate at the moment.
