Photo Album: Rotted, Weak Floor Supported, Crawl Space Encapsulated in Fort Valley, GA

Rebecca C. of Fort Valley, GA had a very weak floor in her dining room and kitchen area. She called Lowcountry Basement Systems for help. After a thorough inspection, a custom solution was designed to fix Rebecca’s problem. Most of the subfloor had rotted, and it needed to be replaced. The high humidity in the crawl space weakened the joist and beam below. Additional support was needed to prevent further flooring problems.
