Photo Album: Sinking Floors Remedied in Warner Robins, GA

Willie L. of Warner Robins, GA called Lowcountry Basement Systems with a problem. His floor sank in the middle of the house, and his doors were sticking. This had been going on for several years and Willie got increasingly frustrated. One evening he saw an ad for Lowcountry Basement Systems on Macon’s CBS 13 and called for a free inspection. The inspector visited Willie’s home and performed a thorough evaluation inside and underneath in the crawl space.The inspector noted there were quite a few areas unsupported by sunken piers, and recommended installing a SmartJack System to support the joists and main beams underneath the home in the crawl space. Nine SmartJacks were installed at key spots underneath the main beam, as well as three PowerBrace beams, and Willie’s home was now safely supported from the bottom up once again!
