Photo Album: Sunken Concrete Porch Lifted with Helical Piers in Warner Robins, GA

Danny H. of Warner Robins, GA had a problem with his porch. Over time the concrete sank and pulled away from the home. It continued to sink . Finally, Danny realized he had to do something about it. Danny saw an advertisement one night on Macon’s CBS 13 for foundation repair and called the next day. Four galvanized steel helical piers were installed in the concrete and connected to steel foundation brackets. This below-grade solution hydraulically lifted the concrete slab back into place.
