Not enough support pillars holding up the joists
This is the area under the home where Krista noticed the problem. There weren't enough support pillars holding up the joists. Lowcountry Basement Systems fixed that.

The project required some woodworking under the home. A few sections of wood rot were removed and new wood was installed.
