Photo Album: Crawl Space in Charleston, SC with Sagging Floors

The crawl space in this Charleston, SC home had severe sagging in their floors, a sign that there are structural problems. A system design specialist from Lowcountry Basement Systems came out to inspect the space.  The sub-floor was wet and sagging, determining that the foundation was unstable and needed to be addressed. A team of professionals came in and installed our SmartJack adjustable support posts. This home now how a stable foundation.
