Moisture in the Crawl Space

Brian also suggested he have a sump pump installed to evacuate the standing water or any unwanted moisture from the crawl space.

Lastly, to fully encapsulate the crawl space, Brian also suggested having a SaniDry Sedona installed. The SaniDry Sedona is a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.
