Wet Crawl Space
Our inspector, Brian Townsel, found moisture collecting on the ground of the crawl space. He took images and circled the wet spots.
Clean and Dry
The crawlspace was encapsulated with our CleanSpace system, guarding the space from outside moisture.
Outlet for Excess Moisture and Water
If moisture gets too high, the dehumidifier will filter it out of the air and drain it away out of this SmartSump.
Unwanted Moisture Growth
Brian found mold growth on the wood foundation of the home. If not treated with reduction of moisture, the wood could rot and become unsafe.
