Dirty Crawl Space
Our Inspector, Brian Townsel, made observations and measurements of the crawl space. The stained plastic covering the grounds shows dirty water had collected on top of it.
Moisture Wicking on Wall
Toward the bottom of the walls, a visible staining indicated moisture traveled through the brick or up from the ground.
Encapsulation
An encapsulation with our CleanSpace material provided a functional barrier to block out the moisture.
Dehumidifier
A dehumidifier was placed in the crawlspace, which senses moisture and lowers it to a safe level.
