Crack
There was a visible crack on the outside of the home indicative of settling.
Operating Handheld Helical Device
The specific situation required the use of a handheld helical driver to lift and stabilize. In a normal situation, helical piers would be installed from the outside, but the thick pool area concrete on the outside required a custom solution be implemented.
Helical Pier
The helical pier is drilled into the ground instead of pushed. The support provided by the helical was necessary for this lift.
Crack Closed!
The crack was closed successfully and the home was stabilized to level.
