Before our CleanSpace encapsulation system is installed, the crawl space looks like one big mess. The area is typically very dirty, wet, and filled with critters and rusty nails or old wood.
Scary Creatures
Yuck! High relative humidity levels in crawl spaces create water vapor that turn into condensation on walls, wood joists, and insulation that is perfect for a thirsty bug like dust mites. This damp environment is the playground for all types of insects like carpenter ants, termites, and spiders.
Falling Insulation
Falling insulation and rubble make it almost impossible for anyone to crawl around in their crawl space, and also gives snakes and other rodents a good home to burrow into.
