Standing Water in Crawl Space
Standing water becomes a common problem in crawl spaces after heavy rains, which leads to condensation on floor joists and duct work and ultimately causes foundation problems.

Waterproofing the Crawl Space
One step to waterproofing the crawl space is laying down our Drainage Matting, a recycled high-density polyethylene matting with dimples that allow better conductivity for water to easily get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
To keep the area dry we install our SaniDry Sedona, a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.

SmartSump Installation
The dehumidifier is attached to our SmartSump sump pump, which is designed to evacuate water from the crawl space.
