Before Waterproofing
This homeowner noticed large amounts of water in his crawl space that would puddle. He knew he needed to get his crawl space waterproofed so he called Lowcountry Foundation Repair.
After Waterproofing
To waterproof this crawl space we added Drainage Matting, which is recycled high-density polyethylene matting with dimples that allow better conductivity for water to easily get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump.
Sump Pump Installation
To evacuate the water from the crawl space we installed a SuperSump which is designed to relieve sub floor water pressure.
LawnScape Outlet
After the sump pump is installed, a LawnScape Outlet is connected to the sump pump and installed away from the home to evacuate the water away from the foundation.
