Macon, GA Foundation Prep
When stabilizing foundations in Macon, GA and other places, we put a bracket underneath the foundation. To do that we need to clear away a small area for the bracket. After we do that, we can stabilize the foundation. Pictured is Jamar Brunson, one of our team members cutting away some concrete with a jackhammer, prepping for the bracket installation.

Screwing the Helical Piers into Place
Lowcountry Basement Sytems team member, Brendon Mullins, guides the installation of the piers. The piers will be drilled to 30,000 pounds per square inch. At that pressure, the piers will be connected to the bracket and stabilize the home. In most cases, we can create the opportunity to lift the home back into it's original place.

Macon, GA Home Being Lifted Back Into Place
The red tubes you see are called cylinder lifts. We attach them to the bottom of the bracket and to the top of the pier. The hoses allow hydraulic pressure to be applied. One of the great benefits of our system, is that we can apply hydraulic pressure to multiple piers simultaneously to achieve lift across the peirs evenly. We can also adjust each pier as necessary.
