Cracked foundation in Coffee Bluff area.

This home was suffering from a cracked foundation which was causing it to settle. According to the engineering report, there was a 2-3" settlement in the garage area alone. The Lowcountry Basement team was able to install 6 Push Piers to lift and stabilize the foundation. Take a look below at the progress that was made!
