Lowcountry Has Grown A Lot Since Rebranding in 2019!
Lowcountry Foundation Repair has been in the foundation repair and waterproofing business for over 20 years and has seen a lot of growth over the years. Before 2019, the company was known to the public as Lowcountry Basement Systems, before making the decision to rebrand the company to Lowcountry Foundation Repair to better reflect its commitment to helping homeowners protect their homes from water damage AND foundation problems.
The rebranding was more than just a new name. The company also invested over time in making renovations to the office building, which features a more modern design and updated amenities. Here are some before and after pictures of the office in 2019 compared to the office at the start of year 2023.
There is a new larger and better-designed sign out in front of the main office building featuring the new Lowcountry Foundation Repair logo and the new motto: "Choose Happy. Go LowCo."
The sign on the front of the building was replaced and the doors were painted a bright blue color.
Upstairs to the left, there was an area with bland cubicle-style desks and the wall was a lime green color. This area was turned into a comfortable meeting space and the wall was repainted.
Upstairs and to the right this space was empty. Now this area houses our accounting team members!
Once entering the front door, to the left is an office where our production & service coordinators work. The old desks were replaced and the lime green wall in this room was also switched to a nice blue.
The warehouse desk area is now fully decked out, equipped with a full wraparound workshop desk and a wide variety of readily accessible tools.
With a significantly increased work volume, the main warehouse storage space has now been maximized with additional shelves and levels were added to the existing shelves.
In the second building, there is a large room used as our main company meeting room. The number of team members at the company increased to a point where the room was too small. Robert Videon himself took on the project to take a partition wall down, making the room twice its original size. Also, the old plastic chairs & tables were replaced with comfortably designed chairs & desk tables.
Also in building 2, this room that was once a small meeting room is now the photography studio room where team member photos are taken.
This is the breakroom located near the company meeting room. There were only cheap plastic tables and chairs in this space initially. Robert Videon took on this project as well and transformed the space into a fully furnished breakroom with a kitchen.
The new office building isn't the only change Lowcountry Foundation Repair has made in recent years.
The company has also invested in a fleet of sales vehicles so that inspectors no longer have to use their own personal vehicles to travel to their appointments.
Before, the old branding on our service vehicles was stylistically bland and colorless. Our new service van design much better represents our team and the professional work they do.
Similarly to the service vans, our box trucks were also stylistically bland before the rebrand. The new box truck design has been very successful. The green cab is very recognizable on the road to the point where we often hear our customers mention seeing our trucks "all the time."
