Controlling Humidity in the Crawl Space

Even after fixing groundwater seepage and isolating the house from the earth with an encapsulation, you cannot control humidity within your crawl space without sealing out outside air and regulating the airflow within. Vented dirt crawl spaces allow external air to infiltrate and circulate within. That air then lingers for often long periods on-end before FINALLY escaping upwards, through the main floor of your house above.
