Gaps and Cracks

This home suffered from a settling foundation in Dublin, GA, causing the garage to separate from the main structure, gaps around the window, cracks in the brick and a sinking concrete slab.

The Lowcountry Basement Foundation Team installed six Low Profile Push Piers and filled the void to bring the foundation back to level again. Our team is awesome at what they do! The customer is also happy their foundation is now stabilized.
