This week, Dan and Lovey Malsch, owners of Rainy Day Basement Systems in Arlington, WA came to visit Lowcountry Basement Systems. “It was a little-bit of a personal trip, and a little-bit of a business trip,” said Lovey. The couple’s first stop was Atlanta to attend a breast cancer fundraiser, said Lovey. “We were in the area for that event and thought since we were here, maybe we could see you guys if you weren’t too busy for us?”
It was great to have Dan and Lovey come by. Conversations in the office focused on redefining our industry, reviewing department key performance indicators, and discussing workflows. Of particular interest, said Lovey, was the recruiting department. “That is one area in our company where I think we could see some improvement. We would like to attract good employees like you (Lowcountry Basement Systems).”
Dan and Lovey are from the great state of Washington. They are long-time friends of Rob and Nancy Videon, owners of Lowcountry Basement Systems. Both companies belong to the same dealer-support network called Basement Systems.
Basement Systems, Inc. is the world leader in developing and providing products that result in dry, below-grade space. Basement Systems is known for honesty, integrity, and high-quality workmanship. From the first phone call our homeowners are greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
It was great to see each Dan and Lovey. Time flew by as it always does with them, and after three short days they were way back on their way to Washington.
Dan, Lovey, if you’re reading this, we miss you already!
