Serving the Lowcountry means we get the opportunity to meet homeowners in 42 counties in coastal Georgia and southern South Carolina: that’s over 300 cities! Owners Rob and Nancy Videon started the locally owned company in Rincon, GA almost 18 years ago to help the community with all crawl space moisture control needs, foundation repair, concrete leveling and basement waterproofing.

Lowcountry Basement Systems has a large service area. We serve people in Charleston, SC, west to Macon, Georgia and as far south to Brunswick, Georgia! We have fully-trained inspectors that are spread across our service area every week, and they are always prepared to arrive at your home for your scheduled appointment time.

Thousands of homeowners have chosen us for their foundation repair needs, but after the project is installed our commitment to the homeowner doesn’t end.
